Chelmsford was awarded an Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) Action Grant of $83,545 to help fund Phase I of the Dunshire Drive Culvert Replacement & Deep Brook Stream Restoration Project. The project aims to minimize localized flooding and increase climate resiliency in the area.
