Procedures for Obtaining a Permit
The Town of Chelmsford is pleased to offer licensed contractors and homeowners the ability to apply and pay for building, electrical, gas, plumbing, mechanical, sheet metal, sign, tent, and SFA permits online. It uses "Permit Eyes" permitting software. Please register first to have an account. Once the account is established go to the building department page to complete your application.
