On March 4, 2025, the Chelmsford Board of Health convened a Public Hearing to discuss and subsequently approve the proposed Kratom Regulations.
Effective March 5, 2025, The Manufacturing, Sale, and Distribution of Kratom are prohibited within Chelmsford.
