This fun and uplifting 45-minute workshop blends beginner-friendly yoga and guided meditation to help kids and teens manage stress, anxiety, and peer pressure with confidence.
Through movement and mindfulness, they’ll:

- Build resilience and inner confidence
- Discover calm and focus in a supportive space
No experience needed—bring your own mat if you have one, but we’ll have extras available too
