Banner for NewsFlash

Community Drop-In Hours, available on February 26th from 1pm-3pm, provide Chelmsford residents with free, one-on-one assistance in a welcoming and supportive setting. During these drop-in sessions, community members can meet directly with Chelmsford Health Department staff to ask questions, complete paperwork, and receive guidance on a range of health-related and supportive services.

Assistance is available for completing forms and applications, navigating permit paperwork, and applying for programs such as housing support, SNAP, MassHealth, and fuel or energy assistance. Staff can also help connect residents to substance use and mental health resources, as well as additional community services based on individual needs.

Whether you need help getting started, have questions about available resources, or want support navigating systems that can feel overwhelming, Community Drop-In Hours are designed to make access easier and more approachable. Registration is encouraged to help ensure staff availability, but walk-ins are welcome.

For questions or to register, residents may contact the Chelmsford Health Department at 978-250-5241 or click here.
