Per Larry Ferreira, Chelmsford Highway Superintendent:
A parking ban will be in effect beginning at 10:00pm Wednesday, December 16, 2020 through 10:00pm Thursday, December 17, 2020. All vehicles must be removed from the roadways during these hours to assist with plow operations. Any vehicles parked on the roads during this time are subject to towing at owners expense.
