Breathe Together. Heal Together. is a free, guided meditation series designed for individuals in recovery as well as the loved ones who support them. This program recognizes that recovery is not a solitary journey and offers a compassionate space for both personal healing and shared resilience.
Whether you are healing from addiction, supporting someone who is, or simply seeking a calm and supportive environment, these sessions provide an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and build inner balance. The practices focus on gentle breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques that promote emotional regulation, stress reduction, and overall wellness.
Sessions are appropriate for all experience levels, including those who are new to meditation. No prior experience, special equipment, or physical ability is required.
The series is led by Chris Connolly, RN, BSN, a retired nurse, certified 500-hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher, and owner of Living My Dream Yoga. Chris brings a trauma-informed, health-centered approach to meditation, creating a welcoming and judgment-free space for participants.
This program reflects the Chelmsford Health Department’s commitment to supporting recovery, mental health, and community connection through accessible, evidence-informed wellness offerings.
