The report analyzes current staffing levels as they relate to standards for safe and efficient operations and public safety.
2019 Criterion Study
Criterion Associates study for the Town of Chelmsford regarding fire station conditions and locations. The study focused on: (1) The overall condition of the stations and how suitable they would be for increased staffing; and (2) Whether the town could provide services close to current levels with fewer stations and reallocation of staff.
