Suicide Prevention Coalition
The Chelmsford Suicide Prevention Coalition is dedicated to fostering a supportive and resilient community, where no lives are lost to suicide. Our mission is to promote safety and wellness for Chelmsford residents by engaging local organizations, families, and individuals in proactive education and initiatives.
By implementing a comprehensive range of strategies, from prevention and early intervention to crisis response, we aim to support all at-risk individuals with targeted programs that address their specific needs. Through collaboration, education, and advocacy, we strive to eliminate the fear of addressing mental health struggles and ensure that no one faces their challenges alone.
The coalition is made up of several stakeholders from the Town of Chelmsford, including the Police and Fire Departments, Public Schools, Veterans Office, Senior Center, and outside stakeholders such as the Greater Lowell Health Alliance and Pridestar Trinity EMS.
For further information, please contact Taryn Angel and/or Darcy Beall.
