Outreach is available at the Chelmsford Senior Center or in client's homes to assess needs, discuss services and programs that are available to Chelmsford seniors. We offer recommendations for resources that assist and support seniors to age gracefully at home. Call 978-251-0533.
SHINE - Serving Health Information Needs of Everyone
SHINE is a health benefits counseling program sponsored by AgeSpan which provides a trained health benefit counselor. The purpose of the program is to ensure that people have access to accurate, unbiased information regarding health insurance. The SHINE Program provides free health insurance information, counseling and assistance to all Massachusetts residents with Medicare age 65+. Appointments can be made with the counselor by calling the Senior Center at 978-251-0533.
